• Professional information: company, VAT number, profession.
• Professional proof (diploma/certification) that you upload.
• Bank details (IBAN), where applicable, for the payment of commissions.

When placing an order

• Billing and delivery addresses, ordered products, order history.

When requesting a presentation

• First name, last name, contact details, profession, preferred meeting location and message.

• Manage your partner account and access to the portal — performance of the contractual relationship.
• Verify your status as a healthcare professional (via the proof provided) — legitimate interest and obligation related to the nature of the products.
• Process and deliver your orders, manage invoicing and commissions — performance of the contract.
• Respond to your requests (presentation, contact) — pre-contractual measures / legitimate interest.
• Ensure the security of the website (anti-spam, abuse prevention) — legitimate interest.

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing profiling purposes, and we never sell it.

Your data may be processed by technical service providers acting on our behalf:

• Infomaniak (Switzerland) — hosting of the website and data, and sending of e-mails.
• Cloudflare — anti-spam protection of forms (Turnstile); temporarily processes the IP address.
• Swiss Post (La Poste) — delivery of orders.

Some providers may process data outside Switzerland; we ensure that appropriate safeguards govern these transfers.

6. Retention period

• Account and supporting documents: for the entire duration of the relationship, then deleted within a reasonable time after the account is closed.
• Orders and invoicing: kept in accordance with legal obligations (accounting).
• Presentation / contact requests: for the time necessary to process your request.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), protected storage of sensitive documents, access restricted to authorised persons, and regular backups.
